Product Description
Characteristic
1. By installing separate load lock chambers in the inlet and outlet parts of the main chamber, productivity can be improved by shortening the tact time by more than 2 times.
2. By mounting a CCD inside the vacuum chamber, the alignment of the printing jig and printing plate can be improved.
3. Operation preparation time can be shortened by securing work space inside the vacuum chamber.
4. Continuous work is possible by installing an ink supply device (defoaming, mixing, preheating).
